FAQs

Ticketing Questions

When will the tickets arrive? Why haven’t my tickets been sent yet?

Tickets are sent out as soon as we receive them from the event host or club. Usually, customers who have chosen mail delivery will receive their tickets 3-5 days before the match. Occasionally, we may not receive tickets until very close to the event. If this affects you, we will notify you in advance and have your tickets ready to be collected at the venue box office on the day.

I can't get to the box office to collect my tickets – can someone else pick them up for me?

If you would like to nominate someone else to collect your tickets, please contact us to confirm their details before they arrive to pick-up your order.

Can I change the postal address for the tickets I ordered?

This may be possible if the tickets have not yet been sent. Please contact us to request a postal address change and have your booking reference number handy.

Can I change the name on the ticket?

Unfortunately no. This is a condition set by the event organisers and is a security measure to ensure tickets are genuine. We may be able to help you re-purchase a ticket in someone else’s name by issuing a credit voucher. Contact us for more information.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

Unfortunately, all sales are final at the time of purchase. No refunds are issued due to a fixture being postponed or rescheduled. For more information on our refund policy please visit our Terms & Conditions.

How do I know the ticket is genuine?

All tickets are provided with the approval of the clubs listed on our website. If you have any concerns about the tickets you receive, please contact us.

Will we be seated together?

All possible effort is made to ensure groups are seated together. Larger groups (greater than 6 people) may be seated in smaller clusters due to the limitations of seating arrangements at the venue, however no-one will sit by themselves.

Is there disabled access to my seat?

Hospitality packages are usually quite accommodating and have good access. Please let us know if this is a consideration for your booking and we will provide you with detailed information on accessibility for the venue you are visiting prior to purchase.

Event Cancellations

My event was cancelled/postponed - now what?

Fixtures can be postponed due to the television scheduling or should a team progress in the FA Cup, League Cup, Europa League, Champions League or FIFA Club Championship competitions. All tickets are valid for the rearranged fixture and we do not take any responsibility for any additional costs incurred due to travel expenses. How do I check in?

When do I have to check in/out?

The policies for our accommodation can vary depending on location, so please ensure you have read your booking confirmation email to confirm your check in and out times. If you have any specific requests outside of these times, we recommend contacting our customer service team directly for clarification.

How do I get to the ground?

Catching public transport is always the best way to access a big event and avoid traffic. If you have booked a Box Office hospitality package with accommodation, there will be a map attached to your booking confirmation with details of transport options.

If you have chosen a hospitality package that includes food and drink, you can alert us to any allergy or food requirements at the time of booking. If you have already booked, please email us with your booking reference number and your specifications so we can assist you further.
